The Journey has begun!

I just completed the workbooks for The Journey! Twelve separate workbooks to take a person through every aspect of life, one baby step at a time.

1. Wellness Welcome

It explains how "The Journey" can help you find balance in life by identifying your purpose and dreams, setting a course to achieve your goals, and taking consistent baby steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. Understanding What Motivates You: This workbook helps you explore your core values and beliefs, understanding what truly motivates and drives you. Next, I’ll be working on setting up the business end of things and creating public access to The Journey. I’m hoping to go live by the end of this month!
